Maps, Windows and Library Books
A little over 6 months from the end of The Dee Sanction Kickstarter, the physical book and rewards have been fulfilled and I’m making fair progress through the few remaining digital stretch goals. I’m really happy that we managed to get most of the final rewards out in April; adventures remain to be released and that element of stretch goal fulfilment demands a little extra effort!
At the moment, we have a scattered few backers who remain outstanding—just shipping to pay or perhaps waiting on items like the Sigillum Dei Coin or a t-shirt—otherwise, that’s it. Non-backers can now grab copies of The Dee Sanction Core Rules, along with copies of The Book of Days (character journal), folding dice tray, printed Ossulstone Hundred fabric map, and more merchandise besides.
With the Ex Libris adventure available through DriveThruRPG and Window of the Soul released to backers, my mind turns to something really exciting—the Kickstarter for The Cthulhu Hack 2nd edition in November 2021. While the stretch goals adventures will continue to trickle out over the next three months, my focus turns to “what’s next” and the prep to get my simple tabletop game of Lovecraft-inspired cosmic horror ready for a fresh release.
You need have no fear if you’re picking up stuff now; the Cthulhu Hack 2e will remain 100% compatible with existing supplements and adventures. The new edition will be revised, refined and expanded, and the Kickstarter will include a hardback, new adventures, fresh new accessories, and more.
Watch out for updates on social media—especially Twitter—and the early access for notification of launch on the Kickstarter website.
